Whether you're a patron of the building, planning networking events or team looking for a dynamic workspace, our amenities go beyond the ordinary. We offer the perfect blend of professionalism and relaxation designed for productivity, comfort, and a touch of fun.
We request a spend of $25 per person for events with a minimum of $500 spend per 25 people. Staffing fee is $75 per staff member per 2 hour block. In house charcuterie and grazing tables are $15 per person. We are happy to work with any budget. Renting the whole space is $250 per hour only if it’s during our corporate business hours.
We don’t charge a rental fee for non profits and 20% off of bottles.
